Ice cream maker Ben & Jerry's has sued Caballero Video in federal court over titles such as 'Boston Cream Thighs' and 'Peanut Butter D-Cups.' The Canoga Park company must stop distribution as the case proceeds.
According to the court order, the DVD producer must stop offering the various titles in its "Ben & Cherry's" series, in addition to removing all online mention of the X-rated products.
